Após o retorno do recesso, período em que foram intensificados os trabalhos de transição entre as gestões, o novo Corregedor Regional do TRT da 11 a Região, Desembargador Alberto Bezerra de Melo, iniciou o ano de 2025 com o lançamento dos calendários de itinerância e de correição a serem adotados no ano corrente.
“Dando continuidade ao trabalho impecável realizado pela Desembargadora Joicilene Portela e sua dedicada equipe, estamos iniciando o ano já com muitas providências tomadas e com um planejamento alinhado à alta gestão do TRT-11, em consonância com a Presidência do Desembargador Jorge Álvaro, no sentido de contribuir o máximo possível com o atingimento de novos níveis de excelência no âmbito do nosso Regional, tanto no que tange às entregas à sociedade, visando atender às demandas dos jurisdicionados e advogados, bem como na busca de melhorias para nossos magistrados e servidores.”

Nesta 5a feira, dia 6/2/205, a Corregedoria Regional do Trabalho da 11ª Região deu início à execução do Calendário de Correições 2025, ao realizar a correição ordinária na 7ª Vara do Trabalho de Manaus.
Os trabalhos da equipe de correição foram capitaneados pelo Corregedor Regional, Desembargador Alberto Bezerra de Melo, contando com todo apoio das magistradas que atuam na 7a Vara, a juíza titular, Dra. Edna Maria Fernandes Barbosa, e a juíza substituta, Dra. Caroline Pitt, bem como dos valorosos servidores da unidade, na pessoa da Diretora da vara, Valentina Maciel. Também a OAB-AM fez-se representar através da presença do advogado Dr. Paulo Dias, ressaltando a harmonia entre a Justiça do Trabalho e a classe dos advogados no Estado do Amazonas.
Durante a visita, houve uma profícua troca de experiências entre os participantes, reafirmando o compromisso do Corregedor de realizar uma gestão baseada no dialogo com as unidades do tribunal, sempre no intuito de construir e incentivar boas práticas no âmbito do TRT-11. Além disso, o Desembargador Alberto Bezerra constatou a ótima atuação da 7a Vara, refletida em resultados muito positivos, como o atingimento de todas as metas nacionais do CNJ e um excelente desempenho em relação aos prazos médios de tramitação dos processos, tanto na fase de conhecimento, como na de cumprimento de sentença.

Seguindo o Calendário de Correições 2025, a Corregedoria abriu os trabalhos no interior do Estado, ao visitar a Vara do Trabalho de Eirunepé, no dia 14/02/25.
A equipe de correição foi muito bem recebida pelos servidores da vara e pelo magistrado titular, Dr. Carlos Delan, tendo sido muito bem aproveitado o momento para dialogar com a unidade sobre os eventuais problemas encontrados e oportunizar à vara espaço para colocar suas dificuldades e estratégias de trabalho.
Num apanhado da atividade, expressou o Desembargador Corregedor, Alberto Bezerra:
“Sendo uma das varas mais distantes de Manaus, a logística para efetivar a correição se torna mais complexa, mas a ótima recepção proporcionada pela equipe da vara facilitou os trabalhos no local, apesar das grandes dificuldades estruturais encontradas lá. Justamente a ciência dessas precariedades no interior nos fez apresentar à Presidência a realização do PROJETO CORREIÇÃO INTEGRADA, consistindo numa ação conjunta, pela qual um representante da Divisão de Engenharia do Tribunal acompanha as correições do interior, reforçando o relatório final com uma avaliação técnica sobre as condições estruturais da vara. Pretendemos assim melhorar a qualidade do ambiente nas varas do interior, tanto para dar condições mais dignas para nossos trabalhadores quanto para os advogados e jurisdicionados.”

A Corregedoria Regional do TRT da 11ª Região realizou, no período de 11 a 14 de julho de 2023, correição ordinária anual, na modalidade presencial, na Divisão de Execução Concentrada de Manaus, Seção de Mandados Judiciais. Os trabalhos correicionais foram conduzidos pela Corregedora Regional deste Tribunal, a Excelentíssima Desembargadora do Trabalho Joicilene Jerônimo Portela, acompanhada do Diretor da Coordenadoria Jurídica da Corregedoria Regional, Márcio Cândido Pereira Júnior, e do Assistente V da Corregedoria, Paulo Euprépio Batista de Souza.
Foram examinados os processos no sistema PJe, obedecendo ao critério de aleatoriedade e consoante análise no Posto Avançado - Central de Mandados de Manaus no PJe, foram analisados os mandados e suas respectivas diligências.
Após o exame das informações funcionais e administrativas, dos itens de exame e registro, processos recebidos/distribuídos, recomendações e determinações, documentos de controle interno e registros na Corregedoria, dos canais utilizados pela unidade para atendimento ao jurisdicionado, foram lançados em ata..
Ao encerrar os trabalhos, A Corregedora Regional agradeceu à Excelentíssima Juíza Maria de Lourdes Guedes Montenegro, Coordenadora da Divisão de Execução Concentrada de Manaus, ao Excelentíssimo Juiz Auxiliar Eduardo Lemos Motta Filho, bem como aos servidores e servidoras, pela atenção e cortesia com que distinguiram toda a equipe da Corregedoria Regional.

Foram examinados os processos no sistema PJe, os mandados judiciais, os indicadores de desempenho, o sistema de gerenciamento de informações administrativas e judiciárias da Justiça, a movimentação processual e conciliações, e os itens relativos ao quadro de pessoal.
